 🌙 अँधेरा शायरी – रात की खामोशी में छुपे एहसास 🌙

( दिल को छू जाने वाली शायरी)

अँधेरा सिर्फ रात का नाम नहीं होता,

कभी-कभी यह दिल पर छाई हुई परछाइयों का भी रूप ले लेता है।

रात की तन्हाई में जब सारी दुनिया सो जाती है,

तब कुछ दिल के राज जागते हैं,

कुछ दर्द अपना घर बनाते हैं,

और कुछ यादें धड़कनों से बातें करने लगती हैं।

अँधेरा…

उस रूहानी चुप्पी का नाम है,

जिसमें आवाज़ें नहीं होती,

फिर भी दिल बहुत कुछ सुन लेता है।

कभी-कभी यह सुकून बनकर आता है,

तो कभी डर बनकर दिल को घेर लेता है।

कभी-कभी यह हमें खुद से मिलाता है,

तो कभी हमारे भीतर छिपे दर्द से सामना करवा देता है।

रात के सन्नाटे में,

जब चाँद भी बादलों के पीछे छिप जाता है,

तब इंसान के सपनों पर धूल जमने लगती है।

ऐसा लगता है जैसे ज़िंदगी की रोशनी

हाथों से फिसलकर कहीं दूर चली गई हो।

दम घुटने लगता है उस वक़्त,

जब अँधेरा आँखों से नहीं,

बल्कि दिल से उतरने लगता है।

कई बार हम खुद भी नहीं समझ पाते,

कि हम अँधेरे से डरते हैं

या अपने अंदर छिपे सच से।

क्योंकि सच हमेशा उजाला नहीं होता—

कभी-कभी वह इतना कड़वा होता है

कि इंसान उसे अँधेरे में ही छुपाए रखना चाहता है।

अँधेरा सिखाता भी बहुत है…

यह बताता है कि रोशनी की कीमत क्या है,

कि उम्मीद कितनी कीमती होती है,

कि एक छोटी-सी किरण भी

पूरी दुनिया बदल सकती है।

कभी-कभी यह हमें एहसास कराता है

कि टूटे हुए लोग भी चमक सकते हैं,

बस उन्हें अपने अंदर की रात से

गुज़रना पड़ता है।

कुछ जख्म ऐसे होते हैं

जो रोशनी में खुले नहीं दिखते,

पर अँधेरे में बहुत दर्द देते हैं।

ऐसे लोग भी होते हैं

जो बाहर से हँसते हैं,

पर भीतर का अँधेरा उन्हें

हर रात रुला देता है।

उनकी मुस्कान के पीछे

एक ऐसा तूफान होता है

जिसकी भनक तक दुनिया को नहीं लगती।

लेकिन अँधेरा हमेशा बुरा नहीं होता…

यही रात सबसे खूबसूरत सपने देती है,

यही चुप्पी सबसे सच्चे एहसास दिलाती है,

यही सन्नाटा दिल की गहराई को छूता है।

और हाँ…

इन्हीं अंधेरों से होकर

सुबह का उजाला निकलता है।

इसलिए, अगर ज़िंदगी में अँधेरा है,

तो टूटना मत…

क्योंकि हर रात के बाद

सवेरा आता है।

आज भले ही रास्ता धुंधला लगे,

कल यही रास्ता चमक उठेगा।

अँधेरे से लड़ने का हौंसला रखना—

क्योंकि रोशनी हमेशा बहादुरों के साथ होती है।

In the silence of the night,

when even the moon hides behind the clouds,

then dust begins to gather on human dreams.

It feels as if the light of life has slipped from our hands and gone somewhere far away.

We feel suffocated when the darkness begins to descend, not from our eyes, but from our hearts.

Sometimes, we ourselves cannot understand whether we are afraid of the darkness itself, or of the truth hidden within us.

Because the truth isn't always light—

sometimes it is so bitter that we want to keep it hidden in the darkness.

Darkness also teaches us a lot...

It tells us the value of light, how precious hope is, that even a small ray of light can change the entire world.

Sometimes, it makes us realize that even broken people can shine, they just have to endure the night within.

Some wounds are such that they are not visible in the light,

but they cause immense pain in the darkness. There are people who smile on the outside,
